Description

The rack is fitted along the sliding gate and engages with the operator pinion, transferring the motor drive to move the gate during opening and closing.

Installer Note

Correct alignment between the gear rack and motor pinion is essential. The rack should not be installed so that the full weight of the gate bears on the operator pinion, and suitable clearance should be maintained throughout the complete gate travel.

When adding to or replacing an existing rack, check that the existing installation uses the same M4 rack specification before ordering.
