BFT IGEA BT 24V Double Swing Gate Automation Kit

Description

The BFT IGEA BT Kit is a 24V articulated arm automation system for double swing gates, particularly suited to installations with large or deep gate pillars where a conventional linear operator may not be suitable.

The articulated arm allows opening angles up to 125°. The IGEA BT is designed for intensive use and can automate gate leaves up to 2.5m, subject to gate weight.

With BFT D-Track obstacle detection, electromechanical limit switches and slowdown, the IGEA BT provides controlled operation for residential swing gate installations.

Installer Note

The IGEA BT is particularly useful where gates are mounted on large pillars or where the hinge position makes a linear ram unsuitable. The articulated arm arrangement accommodates pillar geometry while allowing opening angles up to 125°.

Gate leaf length and weight limits are linked: BFT specifies up to 250kg at 2m and up to 200kg at 2.5m.
