BFT Kustos Ultra BT B40 24V Double Swing Gate Kit

Description

The BFT Kustos Ultra BT B40 Kit is a 24V electromechanical automation system for double swing gates, designed for residential, communal and commercial applications requiring a powerful linear operator.

The Kustos Ultra BT B40 is suitable for swing gate leaves up to 4m, with a maximum gate weight of 700kg depending on leaf length. An electric lock is required on gate leaves over 3m.

The operator features a fully covered worm drive, magnetic limit switches and integrated mechanical stops for both opening and closing. BFT D-Track technology provides electronic torque management and obstacle detection throughout gate movement.

Powered by BFT's THALIA control panel, the 24V system also provides slowdown and intensive-use operation.

Installer Note

An electric lock is required for gate leaves over 3m.

The 4m maximum leaf length and 700kg maximum gate weight should not be considered simultaneous limits. Gate dimensions, weight, construction, hinge geometry and wind loading should be considered when selecting the operator.

The B40 is the current Kustos Ultra BT model for larger swing gates, replacing the previous A40 generation for new installations.
