BFT P4.5 230V Hydraulic Double Swing Gate Kit

BFT P4.5 230V hydraulic swing gate automation kit for pairs of gates with leaves up to 4.5m wide and weighing up to 500kg each.

Designed for very intensive use, the P4.5 is suited to larger residential, commercial and multi-user swing gates where a powerful hydraulic operator is required. The P Series combines robust hydraulic operation with smooth gate movement and hydraulic slowdown on closing.

Installer Note

The BFT P4.5 is a non-locking hydraulic operator, so an electric lock is required where the gates need to be securely held in the closed position.

The P4.5 is designed for larger swing gate leaves up to 4.5m. Gate weight, dimensions, hinge geometry and wind loading should all be considered when specifying the operator, particularly on large or solid gates.

For applications with gate leaves exceeding 4.5m, consider the BFT P7 hydraulic operator.
