BFT P7 230V hydraulic swing gate automation kit for pairs of large gates with leaves up to 7m wide and weighing up to 500kg each.

Designed for very intensive use, the P7 is suited to large residential, commercial and industrial swing gates where a powerful long-stroke hydraulic operator is required. Its hydraulic operation provides reliable gate movement for demanding installations and frequent operating cycles.

Installer Note

The BFT P7 is a non-locking hydraulic operator, so an electric lock is required where the gates need to be securely held in the closed position.

Designed for particularly large swing gates, the P7 can automate leaves up to 7m. Gate weight, hinge geometry, structural rigidity and wind loading should be carefully assessed when specifying automation for gates of this size.

For gate leaves up to 4.5m where the additional stroke of the P7 is not required, consider the BFT P4.5 hydraulic operator.
