Really helpful considering I'm not a tradesperson, was able to communicate well throughout to ensure I ordered correct parts, easy order process and fast delivery.

Bought as a replacement for an old BFT Phobos system that had finally decided to grind to a halt after many years. Nice system and is relatively easy to fit.

Extremely helpful, from the initial phone enquiry all the way through to a speedy delivery. All technical questions answered very satisfactory. Great price. Searched the internet for best prices as the products I required were expensive. EGS at least 15% cheaper than others found. Excellent service. Thank you.

Excellent service, the FAAC gate motor which I ordered was delivered in less than 24 hours, and I’m near the Scottish border. It was also at a good price and a VAT receipt. FAAC make very good quality gate motors, or they did , as the one I’ve just replaced is about 30 years old.
