First time we have used the EGS, We found the staff very helpful especially as they had to do some research with the manufacturers supplier to ensure that we we offered the correct product. The transaction was finalized by telephone due to the technical nature of the problem. The goods arrived within 3 days of being ordered on a Friday. So taking in the weekend a good service delivery. The price was the best we could find .
