BFT Stoppy MBB 700 Stainless Steel Automatic Rising Bollard

The BFT Stoppy MBB 700 is a heavy-duty electromechanical rising bollard designed for controlling vehicle access at commercial premises, private developments, car parks and restricted entrances.

Featuring a 700mm rising height, 219mm diameter stainless steel shaft and integrated LED warning lights, the Stoppy MBB combines robust construction with high visibility. Its internal oil-bath gearmotor is designed for intensive operation, with a rated capacity of up to 1,500 movements per day.

The bollard features an electric brake, controlled slowdown during raising and lowering, and a fail-safe operating arrangement that allows the bollard to lower automatically during a power failure.

Designed for use with the BFT PERSEO control system, the Stoppy MBB 700 is suitable for individual installations or multiple-bollard systems requiring coordinated vehicle access control.

Installer Note

The BFT Stoppy MBB 700 requires a suitable below-ground concrete foundation, drainage arrangements and a compatible external PERSEO control unit.

The stainless steel version is suitable for installations where appearance and corrosion resistance are important. The integrated LED lighting improves visibility when the bollard is raised.

The bollard is designed to lower automatically when power is removed. This should be considered when specifying the installation, particularly where maintaining a physical vehicle restriction during a power failure is essential.

A compatible PERSEO control unit can manage up to four bollards, subject to the controller specification and installation requirements.

This product is an individual automatic bollard, not a complete access control kit. All installations should include appropriate safety devices and a site-specific risk assessment.
